Cancellation Policy
Retainer Fee A 25% nonrefundable retainer fee is required and must be paid when the reservation is made. All rental fees are due thirty (30) days before the date of the event. If rental fees have not been paid thirty (30) days before the event, the Vendor reserves the right to cancel the Client's event. Incidental Damage Fee A $250 refundable incidental damage fee is required and must be paid two (2) weeks prior to the event. The incidental damage fee is refundable to the Client if the Client leaves the rented space damage free. Contracted Services Includes all services described in selected package details reviewed and distributed to clients. Any additional services/products requested by the Client incurred by Vendor will be billed directly to client at cost. All services contracted cannot be deducted, but additional services can be added. Provided Documentation All documentation created and provided to the client is owned and copy-written by the Vendor and cannot be used or given to any other 3rd party. Responsible Party The Client or organization representative to whom the rental contract is issued assumes all responsibility for the use of the facility and will be the sole authority to make changes or submit additional information. That person or their delegate must be in attendance at all times during the event. Rental contracts are not transferable. The Client or their delegate will be required to participate in a pre-inspection and post-inspection walk-through with a designated Vendor representative and acknowledge agreement with the findings. If the post-inspection observes damage to the property, the renter may forfeit a portion or all of the incidental damage fee. Liability It is understood that Vendor is only liable for services completed and provided by Vendor and cannot be held liable for the services of other contracted vendors. It is understood that in no event shall the Vendor be liable for consequential damages of any kind. Cancellation Policy If the event is canceled, no portion of the fees paid to the Vendor will be returned. If the event is canceled less than 6 months before date, 2nd payment will be required to compensate for hours of service already rendered and loss of event date. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available (refer to Postponement Policy).
